Exciting Platform Replacement: Introducing StoneX Futures

 

What’s Happening:

We are excited to announce that StoneX is enhancing your trading experience! In partnership with CQG, a renowned provider of stable trading solutions for over 40 years, we are launching a new web-based and mobile trading platform called StoneX Futures.

This new web-based platform, StoneX Futures, will replace the current downloadable StoneX Futures Trader (also known as GAIN Trader, DT Pro, or your broker’s white-labeled platform). The current StoneX Futures Trader platform will be decommissioned. All customers will be required to migrate to the StoneX Futures platform.

StoneX Futures offers enhanced stability and functionality, ensuring a superior trading experience for all our clients. The new StoneX Futures platform will be completely FREE, with no additional transaction or platform costs, just like the current system.

Key Dates:

  • December 16th: StoneX Futures platform is LIVE and customers can log in to execute trades, view market data, and access their account summary.
  • For a limited time, the existing platform will remain available for trading and account management.
  • Decommission date for the current platform will be communicated at a later date.

What You Need to Do:

  • For brokers: We encourage you to IMMEDIATELY log into the StoneX Futures Demo and begin familiarizing yourself with the platform.
      • StoneX Futures Demo
      • Login credentials have been emailed. Please reach out if you have not received log in credentials or need additional credentials.
  • Customer demos
    • 28-Day demos can be requested prior to the migration.
    • Permanent demos will be available post migration. Information to follow.
  • NOTE: You must accept the End-User License Agreement (EULA) for both the Demo and the Live account access. The EULA is accessible via the “Select Products to sign” drop-down box at the bottom of the page.

StoneX Futures Live:

  • Login Credentials:
    • Existing StoneX usernames and passwords will be used to access the live trading on the migration date
    • Access the platform at https://m.cqg.com/stonexfutures/
  • Web-based Platform
    • StoneX Futures is a web-based application available on both Windows and Mac
  • Mobile App
    • Native iOS and Android mobile apps will be available in the future.  Platform access is now available via your mobile web browser.
  • Market Data
    • Existing market data entitlements will carry over to the StoneX Futures platform in the future
    • Managing Market data will be via My.StoneX.com, same as it currently is
  • No Extra Costs: There are no additional transaction or platform costs (on both Web and Mobile) – just like the current StoneX Futures Trader.
